Conflicts in r/place are defined as disagreements between different streamers and communities, or perhaps between different sections of one community. Conflicts do not necessarily have to be wars, which involve active hostility and attempts to take over or completely destroy a community's art or place, but wars fall within the category of conflicts as well.
